CONDITIONS.
The terms that apply to AGUN accounts, applications, membership and events.
ACCOUNTS
One AGUN account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account. Impersonating another person, or creating accounts for someone else without their consent, is not allowed.
APPLICATIONS & REGISTRATION
Submitting an application is not a guarantee of selection. Every application is reviewed by the AGUN team, and interviews or assessments may be part of the process. Submitting false or misleading information can end an application at any stage.
Registration categories and event sign-ups open and close at times AGUN administration decides. A form that is marked closed will not accept submissions, including through direct links.
For double delegation, both partners are individually responsible for their own details, payment and conduct, and each must follow the process on the double delegation page.
MEMBERSHIP
The AGUN membership fee is BDT 460 for one year, payable only after an official offer has been issued. Payment alone does not make anyone a member — membership begins only after final approval by an authorized AGUN authority.
The membership fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law. Membership expires after one year and can be renewed. Resignation follows the formal procedure described in the membership terms shown before you apply.
Members must maintain decorum, keep confidential matters confidential, and follow the reporting and discipline procedures given at recruitment. Misconduct may lead to documented, proportionate disciplinary action after the member has had a chance to respond.
EVENTS & PAYMENTS
Event fees follow the phase shown when you registered (early bird, regular or late) and are confirmed before payment. Payment verification is done by the AGUN team; an unverified payment does not confirm your place.
Passes (including QR passes) are personal to the registered participant and must be presented at check-in. AGUN may refuse entry where a pass or identity cannot be verified.
CERTIFICATES
Only certificates verifiable on our official verification page were issued by AGUN. AGUN does not issue certificates through any other channel, and forged certificates are reported and pursued.
CONDUCT
Participants, members and guests must treat each other with respect at AGUN events and in AGUN spaces. Harassment, abuse or deliberate disruption can lead to removal from an event, withdrawal of a position, or termination of membership, as decided by an authorized AGUN authority.
CHANGES
AGUN may update these terms as the organization grows. The current version always lives on this page, and material changes are announced on the News page. See also our Privacy Policy.
